The first screen prompts for mount options; fill in as appropriate and press (RETURN) to mount or re-mount the volume. Pressing PF(02) at this screen brings up the dismount screen. Note that both screens have the same PRNAME (VOLUME).
VOLUME (mount screen) Press (RETURN) to continue, PF(02) to switch to the dismount screen, or PF(16) to exit the program.DEVICE (blank) The device number where the volume is to be mounted.
VOLUME (blank) The name of the volume to be mounted.
LABEL SL The label type. May be Standard ('SL'), IBM ('IL'), ANSI ('AL'), or non-labelled ('NL').
USAGE SH The usage type. May be Shared ('SH'), Exclusive ('EX'), Protected ('PR'), or Restricted Removal ('RR').
VOLTYPE R Media type. May be Removable disk or tape ('R') or Fixed ('F').
SYSUSE (blank) System usage matrix. Use to allow work, pool, or paging files in any combination.
BYPASS NO Set to YES to bypass label processing.
NOMSG NO Set to YES to bypass mount messages (i.e. volume already mounted).
NODISP NO Set to YES to bypass user MOUNT messages.
NONSTND NO Set to YES to mount for non-standard I/O.
EXIT NO Set to YES to show a return code on error conditions.
VOLUME Optional; appears if PF(02) is pressed from the first VOLUME screen. Enter information and press (RETURN) to continue, PF(01) to return to MOUNT screen, or PF(16) to exit.
VOLUME (blank) Name of volume to be dismounted.
DEVTYPE DISK Set to TAPE if not a disk or diskette.
NODISP NO Set to YES to bypass user DISMOUNT screen.
EXIT NO Set to YES to exit with return codes on error conditions.
