                        Wang VS  Mail Utility - 1.9.0


      This program provides a facility for sending and receiving messages
      between users of a VS system.

      Messages may be sent to any valid user.  Broadcasts are sent to all
      users or to those on a specified mailing list.  If the mailing list
      name is blank, the broadcast is sent to all valid users. Broadcasts
      are seen only once by each user.  Old broadcasts may be reviewed by
      date, and may be deleted by the user by whom they were sent.
