EZPRINT: Format options

  The following options are available to assist in the definition of your
  printer report format.

  1) Numeric data         Use 9's to identify variable numeric fields.  Enter
                             edit characters as they are to appear in output.
                             Use 'Z' for zero suppress.
  2) Character data       Use X's to identify variable character fields. Enclose
                             text fields within double quotes.
  3) Form size            Form width varies from 11 to 180 columns.  Form
                             length of up to 999 lines.
  4) Scrolling            Scroll up and down or left and right.  Upper case PF
                             key selected to increase lines (columns) of scroll.
  5) Carriage Control     'E' for page eject and 1 thru 9 for skip specified
                              number of lines (used for print sample format).
  6) Sample Format        Produces report with user data and carriage control
                              options.
